Refund Policy
Cancelled and partially delivered orders are refunded automatically to your panel balance.
Partial delivery
When a service stops mid-way, the undelivered quantity is calculated and refunded to your balance without you needing to ask.
Drops and refill
Services marked with a refill guarantee can be refilled from the Refill page within the guarantee window. Refill is offered before a cash-equivalent refund.
Non-refundable cases
Wrong or private links, orders placed on the same link twice, deleted posts, or username changes during delivery cannot be refunded because the provider has already spent the delivery.
Balance refunds
Refunds are credited to your panel balance, not back to the original payment method. Balance never expires and can be used on any service.
Raising a dispute
If you believe an order was charged incorrectly, open a ticket with the order ID within 7 days. Most disputes are reviewed within 24 hours.
